1). The first step is to request a FREE consultation and/or get FREE access to our Pre-Admission Application Form (also downloadable here) for you to understand our procedural terms and conditions and make a decision.
2). Second, you are required to formally get started by filing out our given Student Pre-Admission Application Form and forward same to our above email address; applications@eisboard.com. Our EISBoard Representative will contact you to have a brief preliminary application discussion with you.
3). Third, share your basic documents which include international passport, digital passport photograph, high school/O’level/ A-Level result and result checker PIN scratch card (as the case may be), post-secondary certificates (if applicable). Your information provided will be kept confidential. As prerequisites for any further discussion and information from EIS representatives depending on your relevant option selected on the pre-admission application form and/or whether you are eligible for FREE admission processing ,you are to pay the NON-REFUNDABLE admission processing fee. When the payment of the appropriate amount of the admission processing fee or otherwise is settled,the student is guaranteed of an admission processed into a school of the student’s choice/decision in Canada, USA, UK or Australia, subject however to fulfilling all admission processing requirements especially timely submission of all basic and other school-specific admission documents by the student. l. Non-payment of EIS admission processing fee or fulfilling the condition for its waiver in the first place and school-demanded application fee thereafter as well as incomplete documentation will delay the ability of our admissions and Immigration representatives to guide you appropriately. Certain students may want to apply to multiple schools. The ADDITIONAL schools will charge application fees.
4). Fourth, on confirmation of the above, EIS representatives will contact you to further discuss and finalize with you on your choice of program and school. Up till this stage, the student client as the FINAL DECIDER reserves the right/freedom to accept/reject/change the program/school to study, even if already filled by the student or suggested by EIS.Then, pay the application fee only as demanded by your school of choice after contacting us to confirm how much is the school application fee which varies depending on the school or country (e.g. most schools charge $100 or more). Also at the stage, depending on the school, you are to complete and/or submit additional admission documents, such as Medium of Instruction Confirmation Letter (from your post-secondary school),Release Form ( to be filled and signed), Official Secondary/ High School latest year (first and term) results,if applicable transcripts of post-secondary academic qualifications, etc.
5).Fifth wait till you receive your admission decision and we share your offer letter of admission directly from the school for your verification and the next action. If you are banking on our partner study loan facility, you are to provide us documents for your study abroad loan processing.
6). Sixth, depending on your eligibility or your funding option, your Study abroad loan will disbursed or you pay your tuition deposit directly to the school.
7). Seventh, in concluding the process, as a student client of EIS, we offer FREE advisory services during the visa application process. We will guide you through the visa procedures but you shall be responsible for the visa application as regards visa payment only to the embassy, filling the forms, getting the documents, uploading documents and completing the application. This is a completely FREE service offered by EIS. We guide through the entire stage of the visa process at no cost!y
